Delete your account

You can delete your Pourtrait account and data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the app

Open Pourtrait, go to your Profile, and tap Delete account. After you confirm, your account and data are removed immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email contact@pourtrait.nl from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and the data tied to it: your profile, your pours and tasting notes, your Pour Signature, the ratings you gave, your follows, posts, replies, amenity contributions, and your block list. If you had claimed a barista profile, that profile is unlinked from you and its ratings are removed.

What we may keep

We do not retain personal data tied to you after deletion, except anonymized or aggregate information that no longer identifies you, anything we are required to keep by law, and content that other people have already shared or that is part of their own records. Backups are purged on their normal rotation.
