These terms cover your use of Pourtrait, a social discovery app for specialty coffee. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Pourtrait.

Using the app

You may use Pourtrait to log drinks, rate and follow baristas, follow cafes, and share posts. Use it honestly. Do not post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or deceptive, do not impersonate other people or cafes, and do not try to break, overload, or scrape the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse these rules.

Your content

You own the content you create: your pours, notes, ratings, and posts. By posting it, you give us permission to store and display it within Pourtrait so the app can work as intended, for example showing your pour to people who follow you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we are required to keep by law or that have already been shared by others.

Ratings and reviews

Ratings of baristas and cafes should reflect your genuine experience. They are opinions, not statements of fact. Be fair, and remember there is a real person behind every cup.

No warranty

Pourtrait is provided "as is" and "as available". We do everything we reasonably can to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error free, or that cafe and barista information is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pourtrait is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and significant changes will be flagged in the app. Continuing to use Pourtrait after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts there.
