How ranking works

Money never enters a ranking.

Every ranking in Pourtrait is computed from pours logged in the app. Nobody here can move a barista or a café up a list.

• A paid Partner plan for cafés is planned. It will not buy a position in a ranking, a verified tick, or the removal of a rating.
• Baristas pay nothing. Claiming a barista profile or a café page is free.
• A barista gets a public score once three different people have rated them, a café once two. Below that we show no number.
• Ratings and profiles come down for abuse, a report we uphold, or a privacy request. Never because someone would prefer a higher score.
